Service Description

For clients desiring an expedited healing process, or clients who cannot attend traditional weekly therapy due to very busy schedules or demanding careers, a one-session intensive might be just the solution. An intensive (available either online or in-person, though in-person is highly preferred) consists of four hours of intensive, research-proven therapy methods. It is four traditional therapy sessions combined into one, resulting in very quick and efficient healing results. The session consists of one-hour of history taking, rapport-building, and goal setting, one hour of DBT and IFS foundational therapy, and a two-hour block of EMDR processing. Insurance does not cover this type of therapy experience. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Contact via phone or email to schedule.
