Service Description

This intensive packs techniques for healing in all areas into one session--address your WHOLE mind, body and spirit and be transformed in a day. This five-hour session includes a full hour of assessment and coping skills teaching from the DBT model, a full hour of IFS inner healing work, two full hours of EMDR therapy, and an hour of nutritional counseling. Why delay your healing when you can pack six months' worth of therapy work into one single session? Saturday sessions are available if your work schedule doesn't allow for week-day appointments. I am here to help propel you forward in your journey, whenever you are ready! A value of $650 for only $550! (Best done in person, but can also be done virtually)
